Any of you old peeps still here from Foodmonsters? Picasso? Icey? Giaz? FF xiv is around the corner, just wondering if any of you will be playing.

I will most likely be sampling the forbidden fruit that is FF14, but I don't have very high expectations.

As far as FFXIV, I'll more than likely be trying it out. Considering what I've seen from leaked alpha videos (and the soundtrack is amazing) and descriptions of how the gameplay is working, I wouldn't be surprised if there's a massive boom at the launch of the game. They've kept a lot of what was appealing in FFXI (job system of sorts), gotten rid/tweaked a lot of the massive timesink problems, and are expanding on the MMO genre.

I rarely check these forums anymore, we have a new site at juicewow.guildlaunch.com. But I def plan on trying the new ff mmo out. I signed up for beta a long time ago just haven't heard anything from them yet. Hit me up and we can play it together.

Been chatting with Scott on AIM, got into the beta, we really should figure out a server before the game comes out even if we don't all LS up it's nice to be able to chat and possibly quest/group with people you know.

If the server names hold true (you should have my AIM Dyer) from alpha > beta > retail like FFXI did, then the theme this time around will be villian names. I know personally I'll be landing on a Kuja server if it pops up.

Yeah..... no thanks. Not really feeling like putting up with Grifter's douchebag ass again another go around. The fact that people seem to revere him as god due to keeping a bunch of assholes together in a game where the hardest thing about gameplay was finding money to pay for transportation is LAWLworthy. Or the crew that left really; a bunch of people that suddenly decided to hate and despise people simply because they left a boring MMO is really sad.
